ducation Sub-Committee of Jamaat organized Shaheed Baqir-us-Sadr Education Award program to appreciate and encourage members and their dependents which are high performers within any field of education. Moreover, appreciation was also given to those students who are continuing their education as per collected data.
Main objective of this program are mentioned below:
- Appreciate and encourage members and dependents who have done well within their educational field
- Motivate young generation of Jamaat to acquire quality education consistently
In order to accomplish above objectives, educational documents were requested by Jamaat members and their dependents which come under following criteria:
- Extra-ordinary achievement in any specific educational field from year 2003 to 2015 or completion of 18 years of education
- Completion of 16 years of education (Master’s level) from year 2003 to 2015
- Any educational level from Class 6 and above within year 2015
Prof. Zafar Nasir (Associate Professor at NUCES – FAST) was the chief guest of this program. With around 30 years of teaching experience and extensive academic research and development work, he shared his expertise and guided youth audience for career counselling.
