he Kanodar Shia Isna Asheri Momin Jamaat has been organizing Sacrificial Skin Collection activities during Eid-ul-Azha days. This activity is good source of funds generation for Jamaat general expenses including Mehfil maintenance. Many Jamaat volunteers gather to work for this program and provide their full support.
Activities for Skin Collection are initiated about a month before every year Eid-ul-Azha in order to plan following:
- Skin donors contacts from all over Karachi city
- Confirmation from donors about current year’s donation
- Distribution of volunteers among various team responsible of handling specific areas
- Engagement of external vehicles for bulk pick and drop of skins
After thorough and detailed planning before Eid-ul-Azha, operations for skin collection are performed during first, second and third days of Eid-ul-Azha. Full day activities are done on first and second days i.e. from Namaz-e-Fajr to afternoon.
All momineen are requested to donate sacrificial skins for next Eid-ul-Azha and contact any Managing Committee member for this purpose. Our team members shall arrive at your door-step to collect sacrificial skins.
